Thanks for the flow chart but regarding the last point when i use the residence calculator it gives me 365 days + one week i.e. 372 days out of the country during last 4 years.

Hi,

No IELTS required. It was the default checklist u get when u apply online but once u get the CO he will give u the document checklist if he needs.

Still waiting for the visa - actually...

It is one month now since medical was submitted but it is not for me but for wife who had medical conditions (TB) in past but was cured, thats the reason bit nervous.
