Re: What's your perfect breakfast?
On a mega-veg spree at the moment, so currently:
Otherwise full English: creamy scrambled eggs (3 eggs at least), crisp bacon, cumberland sausage, black pudding (crisp on outside, soft on inside), grilled tomato, Heinz baked beans, fried bread, brown sauce, crisp brown toast with butter and proper marmalade, English Breakfast tea. Best breakfast I've had was in Smithfield Market, in the pub downstairs (can't remember the name), after an evening's drinking in the Metropolitan at Baker Street (extra-cold Guiness with Rioja chasers).

Last try:
Vit A for healty skin, eyes, immune system and cell development.
Beta-carotene as an anti-oxidant, healing of mucous membranes, cardiovascular health, immune system and healthy skin.
Vit B1 for energy release from carbs to brain and nervous system.
Vit B2 for energy release from all food sources, growth of body tissue, healthy skin, vision and nerve function.
Vit B6 for blood, nervous system, cell repair, hormones and anti-anxiety.
Vit C for ... well, you get the idea.
No bad fat, dairy, man-made carbs or other crap. And only turns your poo mildly green.
100 x healthier than a full English, and 1/100 of the satisfaction factor
