Spinach fattayah made with wheat bread from Souk al Tayeb organic farmers market think next door to Souks of Beirut. Really tasty.

Yesterdays left over roast lamb & branston pickle sandwich (just could not be bothered to call for mint jelly or couldnt find any mustard)

x4 injections at the dentist :( Lunch thereafter didn't appeal with a numb face. Good weight loss exercise though balanced by the huge bank balance deficit :frown:
