That was a dreadful weekend. I went on the Friday, left just as it started to rain. I woke up Saturday morning and decided against it! I stayed in with Pizzas, bubbly and a couple of movies :D

Was going to go out for a Fatburger last night, but looked at the traffic and thought better of it. So, instead:

Wagyu burgers from Spinneys, fried in bacon fat
Streaky bacon, fried till crisp
Cheddar slices
Sliced toms
Brown rolls (should've grilled them, they wouldn't fit in my toaster)
Fancy relish from Spinneys
1 potato, cut into thick chips, drizzled with olive oil and salt, roasted in a very hot oven
1 yellow and 1 red pepper, done alongside the potato
1 bulb of garlic, done alongside the potato--didn't work, should've opened it up first (I think)

Nice it was, too. :D

Yum. Far nicer than the green goo you normally eat.

To roast a head of garlic, slice off the top, drizzle with a little oil and cook in a medium oven for an hour.
