You call him tomorrow, ah yes sir it will take 4 days for the correct part. 4 days later he arrives on time. He sets up to work, ah no sir I have the wrong tool, I will come back in an hour, An hour later he isn't back, you call him, no answer, you call him a further 17 times to no answer teh 18 th time some random guy answers who doesn't know anything abouta washing machine. 7 hours later he arrives with two friends and a hacksaw. You turn away shaking your head as he massacres your pipe. NOOOOOOOOOOO!!!!!!! you scream the problem was with the bearings- not the f**king pipe! your blood reaches boiling point and you kill them all.

Top Loader with an American style agitator, one that comes all the way to the top. This style not only shakes the clothes left-to-right but circulates them from bottom to top.

Being very Obessive Complusive, I am quite picky about cleaning my clothes. Front loaders owing to only filling like 1/4 - 1/2 of the drum, never do a good job of completely soaking the clothes.
