Breakfasts here are generally dreadful (other than the Korean ones, which are interesting). They've adopted the American malaise (or is it actually French) of everything being bloody sweet -- glazed croissants, croissanty-things using the wrong dough and with a random lump of chocolate in (ugh), Danish pastries. I WANT TOAST. |

Actually I am worried about juicing here because there's no way of knowing what chemicals they use in the soil and on the crops, and eating 20+ portions of uncooked veg potentially gives a high concentration of chemicals. Is that what you're getting at? ps I know how not to be a fat bastard. I'm getting there. |
