Sweet potato is lovely. I make them into cubes or wedges. Crispy / fluffy and delicious. Sometimes I **** it up but they're generally pretty good.

It's not that sweet....is it? I don't find it so. My favourite is regular potato, combined with sweet potato, feta, coriander and some chives smashed up (not mashed smooth). Absolutely delish.

Sweet potatoes are overrated - Parsnips are much worse though.

Steak should only be served with chips, broccoli and horseradish. Although, I'm sure some fake wasabi would probably do the trick as well.

Never tried that outside of a sandwich. 6 weeks till my next leave, already got the cheese shopping planned.
