I have never understood the need for a personal trainer - just like a shrink - Bandler of NLP once said something like its in a shrinks interest to keep you as sick as possible rather than offer the solution which would reduce his salary.

Its hard to imagine how you can screw up basic excercises that i described. But each to their own i suppose. |
