An increased intake in water is recommended for healthier living, diet or no diet.

Some people drink hardly no water

Nearly came to blows??

You mean a fight nearly broke out? Or you nearly performed oral sex on him?

most people dont drink nearly enough plain old fashioned water, especially here, between heat outdoors and dehydrating aircon systems we have to be more vigilant

Same thing for a PT - keeps you in a gym for 1 hr as it fits with his or her schedule and salary expectations !

A lot of people don't have the self discipline to push themselves that extra bit to make the exercises work. They also may not have an understanding how to do exercises correctly or use the machines properly.
Most of my clients come to me just twice a week and the majority of them have been coming to me for over a year. A lot of people also need the support and encouragement to change their eating habits and maintain a healthy eating for life regime.

exactly, for the same reason i recommend joining a group. Motivation from a group or a PT is invaluable as February rolls in and the urge to splurge kicks in.

Its hard to imagine how you can screw up basic excercises that i described.

But each to their own i suppose.
