What is it all about ?
In all my years in Emirates , we always were able to eat and drink , lunch , dinner and booze , during Ramadan , both in Dubai and even in Abu Dhabi ; behind closed curtains , sure , and the wine was served in tea-pots , no problems .
has it actually gotten worse nowadays ?

you can still eat behind screens but no booze before sunset anywhere..except poolside my place

darling, it was a general invitation for you all. I am very quiet workwise through Ramadan so if any of you fancy a chilled Fri round my pool lets do it..everybody can bring some booze and we can all chip in for the pizzas
