Well done Auto.

It was announced in various newspapers, then retracted some time later.

Imagine being asked whereabouts in the building you lived and telling people it was the armpit/backside/crotch...

we bought in Bulgaria, and it worked out for us, we lost in the recession but then we have no plans to sell at the minute anyway. Which company was it you went through?

I dread to think how many people lost money on those developments in Ajman, they are half built deserted sites now. The ones on the way to Barracuda. I wonder how many people have property here and aren't able to cover their mortgages with their rental income as well? take the Villa area for example.

The ironically named Bulgarian Dreams...

There has been several Watchdog programs on these fvckers. Absolute bastards. We're owed a reasonable amount, but some people lost their life savings.

The December court case was delayed as one of their representatives claimed medical reasons - the reason stated - hemorrhoids.... It would be funny if it hadn't been dragging out for four years....

I dunno............... someone suffering from piles for four years does have its funny side.

I know people in the Marina who have (several) properties where the rent doesn't cover interest repayments...

it's a probably a bit much to expect it to cover the whole mortgage, but you'd at least like the interest covered.

I am sorry to hear this :( nothing worse. We bought from Barrasford and Bird, google them. We were thinking of selling a couple of months ago but I can't be bothered with the hassle.

Alot of people had mortgages here because it was cheaper than the rent, so say their rent was 25k a month they would undercut by getting a mortgage, then things go pear shaped and they can't rent it out for 25k a month but only 15k, mess eh
