One smear of marmite is not equivalent to 4 tablets of Brewers Yeast.

Eat more.

Where are these insects everyone keeps talking about? We don't have any in Garhoud other than an occasional moth in the evening.

Promite is sickly sweet.
Marmite is sweet and is runny (also owned by Seventh Day Adventist Church).
Vegemite is the least sweet and is more of a paste.

Being a man...I like my Vegemite !

Haha...that reminded me of a true story:

I was in Kuala Lumpur and pointed out a mosque to my mate and remarked that the tall tower was called a minaret. He turned round and said "Of course I know that" and then said that the cleric at the top calling people to prayer was called an "Ito". I said "Well, I didn't know that". Then He said, "What? you've never heard of a Mosquito !"

There are mozzies in Garhoud. Spend time near the pond in the IV for any length of time and the buggers will get you. They like standing water,so if you aren't near any you probably won't see them. There are lots of mosquitos in the UAE, but they aren't malarial so not considered a health risk.
