they have been building that one for nearly 3 years though, nothing seems to be going on with it at the minute.

I managed to lash a medium sized one up in 16 months and it was fairly well detailed and specced out.
Including the bizarre situation that after it was 75% finished they would not allow me inside it! Good old Saudi logic to bar the designer from entering.

Your infidel arse would have defiled it at 75% completion but not at 74% or 70% .
