I'm glad we didn't bother then - it was absolutely heaving outside just before it opened so we went down to Nobu instead.

Nobu is the best option in there. As said earlier, Seafire has a shit atmosphere, Bread St Kitchen is nothing special (Gordon just using his name to get bums on seats) and last time we went the Italian (Locatelli?) it was awful. If you pay with an Emirates ENBD credit card you get discount too.

Fine dining isn't found at the Atlantis. Let's be honest, it never would be.

I like Nasimi beach, great place for shisha and shove in a burger.

I am going Altantis next month, so you're saying to not expect much?

Correct. Atlantis is full of gits on package holidays.

Don't tell us you're going to brunch at Saffron too?

This poll needs to be editable.
I have recently gone from, "Slowing but surviving", to just narrowly missing a 10% firmwide cull. Am anticipating another soon if AEC market predictions stay on target...

When I was at school, yes, once. School skiing trip. I think it counts as a package holiday.

Wow -
A total of 13,500 apartments and 800 villas were added to Dubai's residential real estate supply in 2015, and a further 22,000 apartments and 7,700 villas are scheduled to be delivered in 2016,

Gonna be another crash.

By July you'll be able to snap up a 1-bed in prime areas for...hmm...65% of current asking rents. Or will it go lower?

In those days my idea of a good holiday was a camping trip to Snowdonia or trekking hut to hut in the Alps.

I have since seen the errors of my ways. It's rare to get my lazy arse off a beach lounger these days.

Well if the wheels stay on I'll be looking to move to a different place. Current place is too far so I'll be heading to the western outer reaches of Doha. No idea what the rents will be like by mid year but my guess is same same with an extra 10% year on year.

Please let the rent prices here collapse
