How is business?

Re: How is business?
Nobu is the best option in there. As said earlier, Seafire has a shit atmosphere, Bread St Kitchen is nothing special (Gordon just using his name to get bums on seats) and last time we went the Italian (Locatelli?) it was awful. If you pay with an Emirates ENBD credit card you get discount too.

This poll needs to be editable.
I have recently gone from, "Slowing but surviving", to just narrowly missing a 10% firmwide cull. Am anticipating another soon if AEC market predictions stay on target...

Gonna be another crash.
By July you'll be able to snap up a 1-bed in prime areas for...hmm...65% of current asking rents. Or will it go lower?

Well if the wheels stay on I'll be looking to move to a different place. Current place is too far so I'll be heading to the western outer reaches of Doha. No idea what the rents will be like by mid year but my guess is same same with an extra 10% year on year.
