Hey BC,

That'll not be an issue until next year when we sign off on the deeds as far as I know. Our lawyer has been great so far, he's called Angel believe it or not.

Careful to look out for the VAT on purchase tax issue.

Where have you bought and through which company? We are in Sofia through Bulgarian Dreams (classy name I know)....

If they build the thing, it'll be nice....

Auto we bought through Barrasford and Bird, we have got a place on the coast, had it two year now. The legal side of things was an absolute nightmare though!!! if you need any help don't hesitate to get in touch. I have two other friends here who habe bought in Sofia as well. My cousin has a ski lodge place.
