Re: Going on holiday is highly overrated....
think we still came 4th or 5th
she did pretend to know a geography question but a different one which she got me to change because she was positive. my original answer was correct.
The Lake maracaibo thingy was from the savage from north of the border and yes I did give the correct answer but was overruled!

Tis funny tho-oh sorry, reverting to topic(so not me!!!!).
One spends their time earning dosh to build a cosy crib-then first sign of freedom and off we go to foreign climes looking for home comforts to relax???
I agree with the other poster who said holidays are stressful times- think you can chill out more by switching off phone, fax, wifi and stay home alone with handy supply of chocolate, krug and standby number for local fire brigade......

Re: Going on holiday is highly overrated....
Just back from a month long holiday in India! Was very relaxing because it was just going to another home minus the office/school/heat and of course being thoroughly pampered by parents and in-laws. We just lazed around - no getting up at unearthly hours in the morning to get to work!
So a very relaxed, much needed break. The kids loved the heavy rainfall that Bangalore experienced this year - deafening thunder and lots of lightening!
