Diet
#92

I decided to adjust today. Normally save Kcal for dinner so I've got something to look forwards to. Today I had it for lunch instead, it'll keep me going and I'm out for meetings this afternoon and running an errand so won't be home until 7ish.
Soup for dinner. Diet day achieved on a slight hangover.
My goodness I must be amongst the MOST boring 26yr olds in this city.
I went mad in the gym yesterday, came home not wanting to eat, so just had a few nuts. amazing food.
Don't waste your time on peanuts (which are not nuts). Eat real nuts, almonds, brazils, hazelnuts, peacan, macadamia etc.

Soup's OK. It's not great but it's low calorie, not too much salt/sugar shit in it and reasonably tasty.
I like homemade soup. Last one I made was a Moroccan vegetable one. Tasty, but looked like baby poo.

Little update.
Not done the diet properly in a few weeks now. Dad came and surprised me last week for my birthday so went out for lunch and dinner everyday with him.
Also, not being playing much squash, I've been lazy and my playing buddy has been ill. Just all busy and bad timing.
That being said, I've only gone back up to 103kg.
I definitely notice that I eat less, I can't finish mammoth portions anymore and I don't want to. Not sure if it's from the fasting or from a different mindset but I don't demand the same level of intake as I used to. Maybe a combo of both.
Looking at a Nutribullet (I bought my Mum one and she loves it) to see if that will offer a good option for the morning and lunch on diet days with minimal calorie but still reasonably filling. Bahtat is due to report back on that one.
The biggest change might not be purely weight but my belt is on a notch tighter, I have been wearing two pairs of chinos (some beautiful deep turquoise / navy blue ones and a rather dashing burnt orange pair) which haven't fit in over a year. That's a nice feeling.
Other nice feeling is I'm still getting the comments of looking better, looking slimmer etc. Positive reinforcement is comfortably more powerful than being beaten with a stick.
