When I'm in training mode I'll have a smoothie made of protein powder, frozen strawberries, honey, apple vinegar, oats and a banana or other soft fruit. And I'll hard boil 8 or 10 eggs to eat throughout the day.

NY's resolution, yet again, being to lose the fat, build muscle, and improve my CV condition. 14 weeks till my family come out to visit, targetting losing 2 trouser sizes...

I am aiming to get down two dress sizes

When in Dubai, it's: 150+ grams of oats, 2 large scoops of protein/weight gain powder and 500 mil of milk = 1000+ cals

In the UK at the moment, this morning I had 4 weetabix together with a large helping of Asda Strawberry Crisp Cereal - all in a fruit serving bowl with 500mil of milk. Very nice :)

I have a large supper the previous night and for breakfast I'd have either coffee or tea with a croissant. It's worked pretty well, then again I'm on the computer most of the day.

"My yummiest breakfast is" camel meat with pitta bread.

Bacon sarnie this morning, but usually grab a piece of toast or leftovers mid-morning.

I hate cereal.
