back on it now so either bacon and eggs, scrambled eggs and smoked salmon or a protein shake with a massive spoon of double cream. might even throw some broccoli in with that lot as well. protein and fat please as healthy can also be luxurious and tasty :)

We're starting this next month... have the ebook now and the recipe book is to be collected when I'm at home next week...

looking forward to it.

might even try to get some Vibrams in the UK...

BC - have a good read of it - it's very interesting....

(Thanks to Shiva for a shed load of reading material etc!)

And everybody took the piss when I posted about vibrams on here lol! Will be getting a pair next time I'm in the UK though.

We should start a weight loss thread in Jan, nothing like a bit of public humiliation to motivate you

weetabix and bananas, or fruit.

1 yogurt, some milk and 1 banana blended

Coffee and cig. Maybe a Kellogg's K bar.

Not because of calories, I just hate to eat anything in the morning.

I either have porridge with brown sugar (make it with 100% milk) or that there Dorset Cereal muesli with greek yoghurt... Lulus is 4AED cheaper per pack than anywhere else, btw.

Re: Breakfast

Gotta have eggs for brekkie. Just had two boiled eggs and a round of wholemeal bread and a satsuma. I also like porridge, made with skimmed milk with a little honey stirred in.

When I'm in training mode I'll have a smoothie made of protein powder, frozen strawberries, honey, apple vinegar, oats and a banana or other soft fruit. And I'll hard boil 8 or 10 eggs to eat throughout the day.

NY's resolution, yet again, being to lose the fat, build muscle, and improve my CV condition. 14 weeks till my family come out to visit, targetting losing 2 trouser sizes...

Are you a two weetabix weed or a three weetabix tough guy? By the way, I think that a banana IS a fruit.
