One other point, look at the speeches of GW Bush/Blair and opposing speeches by the people they condemn and are condemned by, the only difference is the placement and context with in which the two identities are used

Re: The Beard Man Issue...
No worries.... but better be careful when discussing religion/god out here (just remembered the teddy bear/teacher incident), enough religious nutters lurking...

unfortunately we cannot question the acts of a moderator
But I have had words with Beardman and he was always polite , of course his convictions annoyed me.. But I accept that being a Medieval person who is brain washed by his society..he knows no other way ... but 'yes men' are equally irritating
People have been banned before for decrying the holocaust ..if fact one person is back under a different name and with a new attitude which is good ..he basically grew up ..
Its take a lot of nerve to come on this site with a single voice ..but I believe he did well and I may not agree with anything he says ..IRL I would shake his hand...
Hopefully it is a temporary ban... which apparently it is ..

Re: The Beard Man Issue...
Just wondering............. why DO people deny the holocaust?
There is not the slightest doubt that it happened, and my uncle (who was part of a regiment that had first hand experience of finding the horror when they liberated that particular area) always said that things were far worse than the history books have ever recorded.
So denying it is - presumably - a conscious act of aggression designed to antagonise............
Ban him.
Why does a "British Expats" forum need him anyway?
