Just had SMS from friends staying in Atlantis - no water to whole hotel this morning.

We should all say a small prayer for the cleaners who have to sort out the rooms later this morning

I went yesterday and thought it was better than wild wadi a good day out and IMO worth the cost.

And for another opinion http://www.timesonline.co.uk/tol/tra...cle4396426.ece

If money’s no object, you’ll want the Bridge Suite, which spans the archway between the two towers. A British family are the first bookers, paying £45,000 for three nights: for that, they get three bedrooms, four staff and a gold-leafed dining table seating 18. Not the food to go on it, though – that price is B&B.
Wonder who?

Just been to Aquaventure - a really good day out. Far superior to Wild Wadi, plenty of sunbeds and good rides. I'm not sure what more people are expecting?

The hotel is a different matter. Met friends in there, chaotic. Still no water at 10:30, people turning up to check in with no rooms available as no water to clean them. Friends got never got charged for there stay there due to the problems so quite happy...although 110dh for a glass of house wine in Locatellis seemed a bit excessive.

Bloody awful. The glass sculpture is just a mess, walking through the shopping area you may as well be in Madinat/Emirates Towers/MoE. We were considering booking a stay there, but no way now. Very disappointed, would rather just go to Aquaventure for the day.

We got there at 10:30 and it was fine, did all the main rides straight away. Started to get busy around 1:30-2:00 when we just stayed on lazy river/rapids.

Came out at about 3:30 and it was mayhem, traffic jams trying to get in.
