Just because you don't need an entire reservoir today doesn't mean that
you can throw all of its contents down the drain.

Again. You don't throw it, that water goes to everything from
irrigation to cleaning water. More interestingly, it is not necessary
for it to be drinking water, which is what some places badly lack.

Again. You don't throw it, that water goes to everything from
