i believe the wigwams and longhouses of the california iroquois (and
probably other tribes as well) were not all that different from the hogans
of say the navajo.

tipis and mogollon pit houses which were similar in construction to the
hogans and longhouses.

People I know who aren't going on skiing holidays to France or
Switzerland, are going to Australia. That's where I went for my last
winter holiday in the sun.
