Windows Day time properties. I think you have the time zone wrong.

I have moved to a new computer and have also got broadband (at last!).
Same ISP as before. I copied over Agent and all its files, and
everything seemed to work just as before -- then I noticed that all
posts in the newsgroups other than my own seem to be time-stamped
eight hours earlier than they appear.
I see the two different time offsets; I don't know how they got there,
nor do I know how to fix them.
Suggestions welcome.
