Here's a clue bozo. I have a shortwave radio. It needs AA batteries
which have to be changed. The radio is marked "not user serviceable."

There are indeed, and you chose one. Changing a battery in a car might
be called "servicing". Changing an AA battery in an MP3 player hardly
merits the term.
