It's a small charge for a big spender. (I don't think people drive to
Oxford Street to buy a toothbrush.) Selfridges could pay the congestion
charge. I think it's bullshit. The kind of person who drives to
Selfridges usually lives in the charging zone.

It's a small charge for a big spender. (I don't think people drive to
Oxford Street to buy a toothbrush.) Selfridges could pay the congestion
charge. I think it's bullshit. The kind of person who drives to
Selfridges usually lives in the charging zone.
