If parents would take on the individual responsibility of raising
children, that would do much more than tax dollars given to the
education bureaucracy... at least in the U.S..

He was not arrested with drugs, money, arms etc and was not a dealer.
They figured he was a higher up, an organizer.
An our old lawyer friend, who was American but practiced in France since the
1950s and who knows French law backward and forward told us, in metaphor:
"Barry had no violin, he had no trombone, so he must have been the orchestra
leader."
That statement defines his situation. And he is still smarter than you are!
