I know that feeling well. Fortunately I've toned down to about 3 or 4 glasses of vinho per night and I always eat before I go. But some nights it just happens and then

Villa v Liverpool?...very dissapointing game , thought villa just edged it but only decided to have a real go in the last 10 mins, will not get a better chance to take the points off Liverpool again for a while
