I have some lovely quick and easy recipes for Thai curries if anyone is interested.
Had my car fixed today. My baby is running again but not up as yet. Still got the front bumper and skirting to do.

Just got back from having lunch with a friend, she took me to a place that does...............wait for it..............Portugeese food as well as Spanish. I had Pri Pri Chicken, I am sooooooooooo happy. The lady that owns the place comes from Portugal such a lovely lady, just like someones grandmother, so sweet. I can't believe I have been here five years and didn't know this place was here, I drive past it at least 6 times a week never even occurred to me to stop and have a look. Going back next week when my daughter is here.
I had Pri Pri Chicken, I am sooooooooooo happy. The lady that owns the place comes from Portugal such a lovely lady, just like someones grandmother, so sweet. I can't believe I have been here five years and didn't know this place was here, I drive past it at least 6 times a week never even occurred to me to stop and have a look. Going back next week when my daughter is here.

I have never had an accident with me driving (touch wood), although I did reverse into a wheelie bin once. Someone put it in the wrong place.

Well.... just about a little of everything.
All organic from organic seed too.
Had salad from the garden yesterday (minus tomatoes too soon).
You guys in PT are so lucky everything you eat is fresh and organic and tastes great. Here in the states we get tomatoes in NY that came from places as far as Brazil anytime of the year BUT they were grown artificialy, picked green, transported and then spraid with crap to make them turn red and look like a ripe tomatoe.
That is why I love my garden.

It has been a very crazy spring allover the world.
By this time we usualy already have been in the pool at least for a day here and there.
