Am declining that offer and have accepted another invitation to attend a birthday dinner because I am confident there will be toilets inside the restaurant. I'm too old for all this SAS shit. Did all that nasty backpacker, surviving on a quid a day in Thailand bollocks 20 years ago. Now I like cotton sheets, fluffy towels and toilets that are plumbed in.
