Hello everybody,
I don't know how to post a new thread, how to ask a new question, so I replied to this one, maybe someone can answer me.
I don't know how to translate in concrete actions the table for the ENDURANCE event.
Do I need to run in maximum 8,1 seconds per lap (20 m)? But how many times so I need to run. Or 8,1 is a level? (This is an example from the table for 36-40 years old).
Thank you and sorry if the question is stupid.

You need to run 20x20 m until level 8.1

I encourage you to train it specifically, it is not as easy as it seems.
the crucial point is the change of direction when you hit the 10 meters line, and so on.
Someone has posted a good video about it on the forum.

Yes exactly, 10 meters , 2 lines, 10 times, you run as fast as possible trying to beat the specified time.

Acording to the selection notice: candidate must present the medical certificate stating lack of the obstacle to undergo physical exercise issued by general practitioner (can be obtained in any medical centre). I believe that means that it doesn’t matter if it’s your personal doctor or not, as long as it’s a general practitioner (general medicine). Since they mention “any medical centre†it’s also irrelevant if it’s a public or private hospital or clinic. As for the translation, since they don’t mention anything I don’t think it’s mandatory.
I would like to ask, if anybody knows what happens if you are injured during the time of physical tests, is there any alternative or you just lose the job.

There is no mention of what to do in such situation. If it’s something minor that will heal pretty quickly, you can give it a try by asking Frontex (on email) if they can reschedule your test with the next batch of candidates (based on a medical certificate for your injury)...Anyone should have more information on this, please share it! Thank you!
