TAB is the place to go if you want to put a bet on anything, they're usually part of a pub.
Pokies are all over the shop too, usually a nice darkened inviting room just off from the main part of the pub or club, with lots of flashing lights and musical jingles and stuff to tempt in the stupid who waste all their money on them.

Probably less.

That was a joke up there BTW. I just don' like the way it has become such a part of normal life in Britain. At least in the UK we keep booze away from it!
