From: Surrey to Perth and back to Surrey & Back again, Why why why

We went down to Albany and made our way back, stopping off at Pemberton, Walpole, Denmark, Margaret River, Dunsborough, then Bussleton. I can honestly say that although the B & B we stayed in down near Walpole was gorgeous (I'd highly recommend it), nothing and nowhere else we stayed left any mark on us. We certainly wouldn't bother going again that's for sure.
I'm originally a London girl TT. Which part you from and what made you go down to the SW of WA? Do you have children?

Did you do the tree top walk at Walpole, we stayed at the Walpole hotel???
really nice
Where in London are you from?

Goodness girl, from South London to Surrey? What part of Surrey...., please don't tell me Surbiton or Carshalton!
My sons girlfriend and her family came here from Catford and Lewisham.

I don't get why people like the sarcastic sense of humour, it always seems to me when I have sarcastic people in my company that its nastiness dressed up as humour.[/QUOTE]
Hi NB this is Jo's OH, I don't usually post on here, but this one caught my eye. Let me just say that in my opinion you have either been here too long, or just don't have a sense of humour. If life is so wonderful here, howcome you spend so much time in front of your PC instead of enjoying the parks/beach/barbys/parks/beach/barbys/parks/beach/barbys/parks/beach/barbys/parks/beach/barbys/parks/beach/barbys/ etc etc etc

A nice little Village called Tadworth nr Epsom Downs (common to Posh Not) Catford/Lewisham is not the best of places nowadays, it was really nice when we first moved there though.Greenwich was poor back then, and is now the place to be (so I understand).
I don't really know N.L . I sometimes used to hang around in Islington, (go out with a lad from there)

We are doing the south coast later this year so would appreciate the name of the B&B. I don't like Margaret River or Busselton either but places around Pemberton I would live in like a shot if the old man didn't do the job he does and needed to be close to the City.
Welcome to TT also.

Epsom downs is nice. Lewisham isn't too bad, Blackheath is nice. My dad was born in Islington, right opposite Highbury. I was born 10 mins. away. Islington is very expensive now. My cousin lives in a refurbished Georgian apartment on Islington Green. He bought it for just over £100,000 and it's now been valued at over a £1,000,000. He won't move though. Better not, I've asked him to leave it to me in his will!
