getting divorced
Hello,
living in Canada for the last 6 years , I'm now a dual citizen, soon to be ex is Canadian, she has an indefinite stay visa for the UK , would she lose this when we get divorced ? her daughter (my step-daughter ) still lives in the UK with her own 2 kids, thanks for any help and information

Her ILR is not tied to your relationship but if she has lived outside the UK for more than two years then it would’ve already expired.
