getting divorced

Hello,
living in Canada for the last 6 years , I'm now a dual citizen, soon to be ex is Canadian, she has an indefinite stay visa for the UK , would she lose this when we get divorced ? her daughter (my step-daughter ) still lives in the UK with her own 2 kids, thanks for any help and information

Her ILR is not tied to your relationship but if she has lived outside the UK for more than two years then it wouldâ€™ve already expired.
