Re: Back to Uk for 10 days
Hi Carrie - So it sounds like you can't move, or even visit the UK again in the immediate future then. But please use that contact that Yoong gave you - you really need some help to get well.
Is the dull weather making you feel worse? I live in a dark part of the UK and I've been using a lightbox, as well as the anti-depressants and it does help a lot. There's no point giving you a link, as I bought mine over here but if you google SAD lightbox you should be able to find one that works over there. Hope you get well soon. Take care. Cath. |

Hardly - there was an article written recently by an Californian writer - where he is using satire to illustrate how Vancouver had better developed itself as a city that his native San Diego. I was astonished at how many people read and it completely missed that fact it was satire. http://www.vancouversun.com/news/Van...745/story.html |

Re: Back to Uk for 10 days
theres also St Johns Wort which is what I use - Can't say that it will for all but it has for me and a couple of others I know who use it. (again takes a couple of weeks to work though!)
And I agree with Charlie - we all need to get together again - f**k we'd go through god knows how many bottles discussing the tribulations of the past 18 months :) |
