If they go that high, we pay 190K just now, then my company will either pay, or find us other suitable accommodation or we leave. Simple.

were u born an arrogant t**t OR HAS TOO MUCH SUN TURNED YOU INTO ONE ?????
Kca is fine too rent we have a very nice villa ....no lab camps anywhere near and like you we only rent ...dont own ...so why have a p****** contest ......we own very nice properties and those to us are what are important....not a concrete box we rent .......compound living is not for everybody so why be a T**t about it

oh she already knows what they look like, but dont be fooled by the name there are no mangroves over in that particular area, and next door the compound is called seashores, again not very nice beach etc, opp mussafah which is the industrial part of abu dhabi, but the compound is nice enough,but as has been said, some people dont like compounds and also its not fair to keep blagging off other parts of abu dhabi just because you dont like them, everyone is different and everyone has different tastes, and kca is a very big place, i may live in an area which has many illegal labour camps, but where ll lives over the other side she doesnt.

KCA is a dump whatever side. Dont tell me you all subscribe to the 'i live at the palace side' crap
its hardly a 'very big place' i used to cycle its perimeter every day.
seashores doesnt have a beach, but has lovely pools. What has KCA got?
Mangrove and seashores are next to an industrial estate-mussaffa.
KCA is pretty much an industrial estate in itself, go figure..
anyway, opinions opninons, enjoy...we do..
As i have lived in Al Raha gardens and travelled through KCA 4-5 times every single day, im qualified to comment one feels..
