There is an article about this today in the National
a 24 year old student Mona Tamim says she has her windows tinted so she can loosen her headscarf when going to ladies parties. Its so it doesnt mess up her hair style!

I'm sure the authorities will now change their mind about enforcing this law after hearing that reasoning!
