There was an add in expatwoman - and my friend called. The lady wanted dhs 2k with visa and accommodation....
I've got one who is on her husband's visa, I pay 2k........
I would have liked to increase it, but her work is pretty shoddy (cleaning etc), so decided not to. Main thing is she is regular - which is very important for a part-timer....

tbh I don't mind if she doesn't clean too well, but she is good with the kid (I know she is good cause I have security cameras in all the rooms - she knows it too.... call me paranoid, but I can't take any chances with my kid in her care!)

I don't blame you one bit! our children are the most precious thing in our lives. In America it is common place to have cameras round the house.
