My gardener bill for a Springs garden was 150dhs a month...
They probably meant the 5% housing fee that ''usually'' appears on your DEWA bill to expats for living in rented accommodation.

And a tenant would be responsible for the cost of maintaining an existing garden, that's usual.

right then guys..... looks like my living allowance is around AED150,000.... We may end up in a camper van, but at as long we can stick a disco ball in there we'll be fine!!!!!
