Is there any single development in Dubai where the water in the lakes is actually the blue indicated in the artists' impressions, rather than the sort of muddy greeny-grey it always seems to end up as in real life?

My favorite 'artistic embellishment' are all the drawings of JBR which place it directly on the beach, instead of with 5 hotels and a road between it and the beach...

The best one was one of the marina towers - may be infinity or Mag something.

It had the tower with no other buildings within 500m of it, and surrounded by green space.

How does 12% in three and a half months without the hassle of a mortgage and the option to get some or all of your capital back without having to wait for someone to buy the place sound?
