I know Busybee gets a little stick for being a busy body etc - but I have to give credit where it's due...

Followed up on this - AXA don't exactly advertise this - but yes, for free, they will get a driver to collect your car and go and register it for you and return the car with all the documents and the new registration card.

Easy process, nice driver, all done within an hour.

Brilliant service and recommend to anyone (able bodied or not!).

Also - unfortunately not for free, Robbies collected the car for service and dropped it off...

So - I have now managed to arrange the following without leaving my building:-

Car service
Car registration
Booze delivery

Along with the usual grocery, laundry, take away deliveries etc - I may never need to leave the house again...

RSA provide the same with fully comp insurance. Again only offered if you call and ask for the service.
