Views on Sun tower cooling?
Heard that there are cooling cut outs during the nights at the Sun tower. Also heard that cooling will be cut off at some stage for 4-6 weeks to clear the pipes and the plants. Perhaps after August.
I am being pushed to sign a lease? Is the above any true.
Could any residents please provide any feedback?

We live in Sun Tower.
Yes, we got a message that there could be scheduled a/c shutdowns in the early hours, but nothing about 4-6 weeks.
Anyhoos, they have massive standby a/c units outside the building to kick-in while they do this, so dont believe everything you hear.
We love it (and will be even better with Waitrose in a month or so). Khidmah are the property management crowd and are sometimes crap, but the apartment quality is among the best I've seen. WAY above Aldar!

Spoke to the someone at the cooling system department and they said that at some stage after the summers there would be a long shutdown. Hopefully, it wouldn't be so bad after the summers.
