UK Residency status depends very much on your personal circumstances. For some, 30 days in a UK home would be enough to confirm UK Residency for the tax year (Second Automatic UK Test).

If you search the thread you’ll find that most people got their jobs from headhunters finding them on LinkedIn. So get yourself a good profile, mark it as being open to work in the ME, and if you’ve got skills they need hopefully that will result in something.

Nop. You apply and if you have a good CV it will be sent to the hiring manager. I am an hiring manager and understand the procedure. Or you might get headhunted by a headhunter and go straight to the hiring manager.

I am offered an engineering position in Neom, but this payslip things make me hesitant.
if it is for background check, I can share my employment certificate.

Hi. Congratulations on the offer. The pay slips are used to validate your previous salary/confirm your pay package. I don't konw of anyone who hasn't shared their slips or their contract.
