Typically you can take your annual leave whenever you like. It just needs to be approved by your line manager.

I believe it is covered in the benefits, if not, you can ask your onboarder or HR rep. But you get some time for the normal things like bereavement, maternity/paternity, etc

1. Personality Assessment - where one has to video record themselves answering a set of questions.
2 & 3. Behavioural self-assessments DISC & leadership.
4. Aptitude assessment that is reminiscent of an IQ test

I know this is likely too late for you but I was looking for some info on this prior to my assessment too and while I would assume they are different depending on the position, in my case the assessment consisted of 4 different parts.

Yeah
interview with Director and PM and now waiting to go through paperwork process, back ground checks etc .
so it looks like the process if different for everyone.

I am looking at opportunities in Neom and wondering if someone could give pointers on the agents to approach or the recruitment companies. Neom website is good but it seems certain jobs are given to the specialist headhunters and if a CV is on their record, there may be a chance of an interview. Thanks

Hi - it's based on your previous salary rather than title or experience. And per PIF guidelines, there is a cap as to how much above your current salary that can be offered unless you get an exemption - which requires board approval - and that is likely reserved for the top management roles. It should be noted that you cannot automatically expect a 20-30% uplift on your current salary, it really depends on the budget of the department.

Hi all,
I have accepted a job offer from NEOM ENOWA and am currently going through the visa process. My degree attestation is in process including police checks.
Regarding the acceptance of offer, it has recently been announced in my existing company in the UK that all employees are getting a 10% pay rise. This has been confirmed in writing and the new enhanced payments will start from July 2023.
Previously, I did let HR in NEOM know that this was coming and it was only reasonable to revise my offer based on my new salary, to which they declined. Now that I have a written confirmation from the company and because the pay rise is in the same year as I am joining NEOM, I plan to push back on it and get a revised offer. Has anyone anyone had the experience of changing job offer in this way?
It does make quite a substantial difference to my pay per month. I have been offered a grade 5 job.
Regards,

If you don't complete your first year, you owe the company a prorated amount back.

Hello Everyone
I have a question about NEOM job Offer, I'm a local guy and NEOM offered me a 3 years contract ? is this common for NEOM employees ? anyone experienced same thing ?
the normal practice in KSA is that your employer will sign one year contract and it will be renew automatically if both party agreed to continue
