May be my information regarding the rent is not up to date but the rent will be vary depends if the Villa is furnished or unfurnished, are there satellite tv, internet and appliances included. The most popular compounds among Westerners are Arizona Golf Resort (5 stars), Cordoba (5 stars), Granada, Fal, Arabian Homes (4 stars).
Fal last year was about 280SAR for a 3 bed semi detached (terrace)type house. Your prices are way off, furnished or unfurnished will make little difference (most in the compounds are furnished). When you you last in Riyadh?
Also you have zero chance of getting into a compound without your company sourcing it, the waiting lists are huge and you need some influence or the hope that the company already has a property there.
