The point is, they may have bought from them, but were they happy with the product? did they pay over the odds (ie including the salesmans mahoosive commision), did they REALLY want to buy the product or were they forcibly coerced into buying it.

Like Meow says, selling a product by cold selling isn't necessarily a guarantee that the product is worth its salt.

I once sat in my house for approximately 4 hours whilst having a double glazing salesman try to sell me his product at a ridiculous price. I ended up having to threaten calling the police saying he refued to leave the house.

Does anybody remember Kirby vacuum cleaners or those cooking pans that didnt need water?
