Thanks guys. How far away from "fun Dubai" (Marina, Jumeirah etc) is The Greens? If we're only talking 15 minutes or so, I could swallow that no problem....

Green COMMUNITY - not THE GREENS - they are 2 different places.

Green Comm is 15/20 mins from Mall Emirates, 10 mins Ibn Battuta, 15/20 mins Marina.

Of course it depends on what you call fun..

Small living room where you can just get in a sofa and a dining table. Tiny kitchen with one a breakfast bar, but if you put stools there you can't walk cause that's where the sofa will be, unless you put that in front of the glass doors leading to the balcony, and hardly any wallspace...no storage, and the maidroom is so small (and no windows) if you put a single bed in it, you either can't open the door or the door to the showerroom...it's a complete nightmare...
There are different sizes, ours is just under 2000 sq ft and is fine...big maids quarters for storage, big living room and good size balconies

Who said i didnt think they drink?

Its just not the in thing with Arab kids at the moment. They're still into trying to get into 400 and/or going to the desert and causing a nuisance.

we are hoping to get a three bed or like Klaus says a 2 bed at 1900 square feet, if I don't find a villa in barsha by the end of June that is.
