Dubizzle has a few....

There are hundreds of 2 bedders well under 120k in JLT. And plenty more 1-bedders ranging from 65-80k.

I'm sure they're not the fanciest buildings but they exist.

The OP says the job offer is in AD so JLT in Dubai is not going to be first choice of location...
