However, business will continue to be good because: 1, Aggressive marketing 2, previous reputation 3, decent loyalty programme 4, Good tie ups with holiday companies If the general level of service is improved by the economy revamp, then the loss of custom from those disillusioned by the drop in service standards may be negligible. They are also the best of the three airlines who fly direct to the UK at the moment (in economy - in club and first BA knock them into a cocked hat). |
