UK council tax is based on a banding base property criteria for England and Wales . The amount of Multiple persons in the household is irrelevant .

The only concession on that is that if you're a single dweller you'll recieve a 25% discount.

Yes, and they also went decimal some time ago, so you wont' be able to use those 10 Shilling notes you've got secreted under the mattress
